The project manager was hired to develop this large retail project, assisting a very sophisticated owner/developer and coordinating the development with the landowner, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Fairfield. Major tenants to locate in this project, which the project manager worked with and coordinated throughout this process, included Barnes and Noble Booksellers, Linens ’N Things, Mimi’s Restaurant, Gateway Computer, Cost Plus World Market, and Aaron Brothers Art Mart, among others. In addition, the project manager coordinated, with the City of Fairfield Redevelopment Agency as part of the overall master plan, a new, four-story Hilton Hotel on a portion of this property. Project management services included designing and issuing RFPs and RFQs for all project professionals and implementing and overseeing their contracts through construction.
