Scott Sheldon, as project manager and equity owner, developed this remainder parcel of land, originally zoned Community Commercial, and designed and entitled, through a General Plan and rezoning change, an affordable 28-lot subdivision. There were many site constraints, including floodplain and floodway conditions, heritage oak trees, and underground utilities impacting the site. Working with Dahlin Group Architects, a plan was developed that included 28 small lots with a detached, two-story product. The tentative map and land were sold to Edenbridge Housing.
