Public School Districts

Terra Realty Advisors, Inc. has been working with California public school districts since 1999.  We have expertise and knowledge of the California Ed Code, and extensive experience working with staff and Boards of Trustees, advising on real property matters in both closed and open board meetings.  Terra has completed many assignments to ascertain options to acquire property for new school sites, as well as advised districts on the best options for managing underutilized sites.  We have completed exchanges, ground leases, building leases and strategic development consulting to maximize value and return to the school district for these public trust assets.
