Saint Andrew’s Parish & School (Phases 1-3) – Saratoga, CA

Terra Realty Advisors was hired to perform asset and project management services to redevelop a K-8 private school. Work included engaging all project professionals: architects, civil engineers, geotechnical consultants, and the general contractors. The project manager developed RFPs & RFQs and recommended selections for each consultant, in conjunction with the Master Facilities Committee. The project manager also coordinated and facilitated title issues, including a lot line adjustment and acquisition of property from a neighbor. Schools are unique, and this redevelopment posed many challenges, including tight construction timelines, building during a school year with coordination between student activities, and construction and safety issues.
