Terra Realty Advisors, Inc, working on behalf of our client: the Woodland Joint Unified School District, completed an exchange of surplus property owned by the District for a new school site in the Springlake Area Masterplan Development of Woodland, CA. This complicated two party land exchange involved processing a new tentative map on the District exchange property with the City of Woodland, while working through political, civil & market issues to a successful close. The final map created ninety lots.
