The Project Manager, working in conjunction with the Woodland Joint Unified School District Staff and Board of Trustees, negotiated a very favorable lease, with an option to purchase a Blue Shield Call Center building to relocate District administrative operations. The District designed the space, and the Owner completed the build-out with Terra Realty Advisors, Inc., acting as the “Owner’s Rep” in putting together all RFPs and working with the District in the selection process for all Project Consultants. All budgets and timelines were met, with the district moving their staff into this building in March 2009. Included are many conference rooms and meeting areas for staff and the public, plus a main boardroom divisible into two smaller conference facilities.
