The project manager acquired the land, adjacent to Interstate 80, entitled the project through the city, and oversaw all facets of this development through completion of construction. There were extensive building improvements, including an automotive shop, paint booths, hoists, etc., necessary to operate this full-service auto body repair facility. In addition, there was significant interaction with Caltrans for the adjoining freeway on-ramp improvements necessary to develop the site.
