Village Retail Center – Fairfield, CA

This retail project was developed and constructed by the project manager as an equity owner. Included was the development and construction of a full-service car wash facility and a lube & oil facility, together with restaurants and retail spaces. Shell and all TI work was done by an affiliate of the owner, with anchor tenants including Bonfare Markets, Texaco Gas, & Perko’s Cafe. The project manager implemented and coordinated the mapping to create individual condominium spaces for sale to users and investors.
