Originally part of the Southern Pacific RR right-of-way, this retail center was designed, entitled, and constructed under the supervision of Terra Realty Advisors, Inc. Major tenants included Hobbytown and Metro PCS cell phone company. The project manager coordinated all entitlements and oversaw all construction activities through Shell and TI construction.
