Saint Andrew’s Parish & School (Phases 1-3) – Saratoga, CA

Terra Realty Advisors was hired to perform Asset and Project Management services to redevelop a K-8 private school. Work included engaging all Project Professionals: architects, civil engineers, geo-technical consultants, and the general contractors. The Project Manager developed RFP’s & RFQ’s, and recommended selections for each consultant, in conjunction with the Master Facilities Committee. The Project Manager also coordinated and facilitated title issues, including a lot line adjustment and acquisition of property from a neighbor. Schools are unique, and this re-development posed many challenges, including: tight construction timelines, building during a school year with coordination between student activities, and construction and safety issues.
