Petco – Gateway Plaza

Terra Realty Advisors assisted in negotiating a new lease to transform part of a former OfficeMax into a new Petco store. The project features the most recent prototype plans, including an on-site veterinary clinic and grooming stations. The other portion of the building was previously redeveloped by TRA for a Big 5 Sporting Goods store.

For the Petco project, TRA advised on lease negotiations, assisted with construction plans and permits, and managed construction to ensure it was completed on time and within budget.
