Terra Realty Advisors has provided development and project management, along with construction oversight for all major site and tenant improvements over the past 20+ years for this 220,000 sq ft shopping center. TRA assisted in the relocation and expansion of Big Five Sporting Goods as a new tenant along with Trader Joe’s, Party City, etc. TRA has coordinated all work with the architects, city engineers, tenants, and general contractors from commencement through project close-out.
