Terra Realty Advisors, Inc. has over 20 years of experience with public agencies, private owners and Caltrans, negotiating all aspects of freeway oriented billboard signs. There are many complexities to this land use, including local zoning issues, Caltrans regulations set out in the Outdoor Advertising Act (ODA), and neighborhood and community issues which can be raised through the CEQA process. Distance, lighting, advertising content are all important, especially for public agencies. While not all sites are appropriate, Terra Realty Advisors, Inc. has successfully worked with school districts, cities and special agencies to entitle signs, creating significant revenues for our clients in The Bay Area and Los Angeles regional market places.
