Scott Sheldon, as Project Manager and equity owner, developed this remainder parcel of land, originally zoned Community Commercial, and designed and entitled, through a General Plan and Rezoning change, an affordable 28 lot subdivision. There were many site constraints, including floodplain and floodway conditions, Heritage oak trees, and underground utilities impacting the site. Working with Dahlin Group Architects, a plan was developed that included 28 small lots, with detached, two story product. The Tentative Map and land was sold to Edenbridge Housing..
