Terra Realty Advisors, Inc. (TRA) acquired for WW Acquisition Company, LLC approximately 2,013 fee acres of land at the end of Jerusalem Grade Road in 2006, “the Ranch,” together with 4,290 acres of leased grazing land from the BLM. Since that time, there have been 4 additional acquisitions of 40 acres each, for a total of approximately 2,173 acres. There are 27 parcels in Lake County, together with 2 additional parcels located in Napa County. Natural resources include 5 year-round creeks and 9 lakes. As part of this acquisition, TRA completed the largest legal compliant lot filing in Lake County history, together with creating maps and legal descriptions for 8 miles of private road accessing the property and securing title insurance for this access across private and public lands. The Ranch has been a working cattle spread since the Civil War, with historical structures and a rich history. Future development will feature an airstrip (there are currently two on the property) that would create fly-in capabilities, a first-class equestrian center, grape growing and wine production, olive groves, and orchards for estate development.
