The Project Manager obtained entitlements and coordinated all aspects of this development thru construction and lease up to a regional real estate company and another credit tenant. Included were the negotiations of reciprocal easements with a major hotel adjacent to this project, as well as Caltrans for right of way access and utility installation from the Imperial Highway, the primary access road for both.
