This 3 story art deco office/retail building was successfully rehabbed in 1988 to it’s original glory by Scott Sheldon. Constructed in 1930, it was the tallest building in Fairfield for 40 years. This project has been very successful since its renovation, including installation of a new electrical HVAC system.
