This retail building was developed for an owner-user (Subway franchise) to relocate from another site. In addition, the owner started several other businesses in the center. Construction issues ranged from finding a portion of a car buried 10 feet under the old gas station, which was demolished as a part of the construction, to an abandoned septic tank and incorrectly installed drain lines serving other parts of the shopping center. The project manager coordinated all work, from entitlements through construction: shell and interiors.
