Village Retail Center – Fairfield, CA

This retail project was developed and constructed by the project manager as an equity owner. Included was the development and construction of a full-service car wash facility and a lube & oil facility, together with restaurants and retail spaces. Shell and all TI work were done by an affiliate of the owner, with anchor tenants including Bonfare Markets, Texaco Gas, and Perko’s Cafe. The project manager implemented and coordinated the mapping to create individual condominium spaces for sale to users and investors.
