Comments:

This project involved land assemblage and IRC 1033 Tax treatment (friendly condemnation) for one of the owners, to develop and construct the first Class A Office Building in Fairfield. This 3 story building also had the first underground parking in the City. The prime location, adjacent to a 1 million square foot regional mall and downtown Fairfield, at a highly visible intersection, has ensured the long term success of this project. All design and entitlement work was coordinated by Scott Sheldon as a principal of the Owner/Developer.
