The City of Fairfield hired Terra Realty Advisors to negotiate the acquisition of a 3.223-acre parcel for a new fire and EMT station. TRA led all aspects of this process, including title, due diligence, lot split coordination, a Phase One Environmental Site Assessment, and a wildlife habitat study, ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
As part of the purchase agreement, the property seller, LBM Partnership (owner of Frank-Lin Distillers), contributed $251,576 as a donation back to the city. This amount was credited against the final purchase price at close of escrow, representing a meaningful cost savings to the community
