The Project Manager was engaged to develop a K-8 private school. Work included: land acquisition negotiations with the owner: City of Vacaville Redevelopment Agency, engaging all Project Professionals including: architects, civil engineers, geo-technical consultants, and the general contractor. The Project Manager developed RFP’s & RFQ’s, and recommended selections for all Project Professionals. The Project Manager coordinated and facilitated title issues, including a lot line adjustment and acquisition of property from a neighbor. All major systems were design/build.
The Project Manager, as part of their scope of work, negotiated, developed and implemented many value engineering ideas to bring the Project within budget. In addition, the Project Manager developed critical path schedules.
