Terra Realty Advisors assessed land values and ground lease returns and developed new forms and procedures to assist the City of Auburn in managing their airport and the surrounding business park properties. All property transactions were subject to FAA rules as well as city requirements. Successful implementation included working with the city manager and city attorney as well as engaging an MAI appraiser to value properties on an as-needed basis.
