Since 1996 Terra Realty Advisors, Inc. as been a consultant to many cities and school districts, to assist them in creating new sources of revenue from public property in the form of lease agreements, or on private property in the form of Development Agreements. In addition to on-going annual revenues from owning and/or entitling converted static signs or new construction digital signs, our public agency clients receive significant “free” time on these digital signs for public service messages, as well as messaging for emergency events such as Amber Alerts, etc. at no cost.
Terra Realty Advisors contracts only with public agencies, and assists them in identifying appropriate locations, developing ordinances and/or over-lay zoning districts, as well as creating and managing the RFP process with sign companies through negotiations to finalizing the agreement and coordination with the public entitlement process from planning commission to city council approvals to Caltrans approvals.
