Terra Realty Advisors, Inc. has been a real property advisor to multiple cities and county agencies since 1998, evaluating real property assets, acquiring and disposing land and office buildings using creative techniques to maximize value and return the agency.  Terra has developed and advised on both public-private and public-public transactions with multiple agencies and private developers.  We have identified and negotiated lease transactions for multiple divisions of city and county agencies across large geographic areas.  We have advised councils and boards of supervisors in both closed and open sessions, presenting information and recommendations in conjunction with staff.
