Rise Vallejo – Early Learning Center

Terra Realty Advisors negotiated the acquisition of the former Beverly Hills Elementary School in Vallejo, CA, on behalf of First 5 Solano from the Vallejo Unified School District for an Early Learning Center (ELC). The entire property is being renovated, including 18 existing classrooms that will be individually operated to facilitate programs to educate children up to five years old. It also includes a renovation of the multipurpose room and administration offices for the Child Start staff, a new parking lot, and multiple secured play areas. A future phase includes community resource building. TRA managed the design, entitlement process, and construction of the project.
