Terra Realty Advisors provided consulting services for the PVE Campus Planning Committee as they reimagined current uses with new needs. The Ridge was part of this project, which added 70 private cottages and villas; enhanced amenities; a clubhouse; an environmental center; and a learning center.
TRA engaged Rob Henley of A2R Architects and Cynthia Warner of Warner Design Associates to bring other new innovative senior living concepts to the existing 68-acre campus originally constructed in 1996.
