The former site of a construction rental yard, this project was developed and entitled, through construction drawings, by the Project Manager. BTV Crown Equities, a German Pension Fund, acquired the land and plans, and built this Class A Office building. Major tenants included: Bank of the West, A.G. Edwards and Placer Title Company.
