Solano County Office of Education – Cordelia, CA

This project was a cooperative venture with the Superintendent of Schools, the County of Solano, and the City of Fairfield Redevelopment Agency to relocate the Superintendent of Schools out of the downtown area. The project manager assisted in the site selection and was involved in the overall planning for an approximately 30-acre master-planned office park, of which the superintendent of schools purchased approximately three acres. Working closely with the superintendent, the financing authority, the county, and the city, we successfully obtained all entitlements, designed and constructed this Class A office building, and delivered the completed building on July 7, 1998. Terra Realty Advisors coordinated all due diligence work and was responsible for obtaining all approvals, including special neighborhood entitlements, for this project.
