Project Notes

This project is a cooperative venture with the City of Fairfield, HomeAid, Dahlin Group of Northern California, Brookfield Homes, DeNova Homes, Centex Homes, and Miller Sorg Group to create one of the largest homeless shelters in the United States. The project manager coordinates and oversees all project professionals, monitors design, budget, and schedules, and successfully mitigated extensive environmental issues, put together all pro forma’s including both hard and soft costs, and oversaw all phases of construction.
