This Project is a cooperative venture with the City of Fairfield, HomeAid, Dahlin Group of Northern California, Brookfield Homes, DeNova Homes, Centex Homes and Miller Sorg Group to create one of the largest homeless shelters in the United States. The Project Manager on an ongoing basis coordinates and oversees all Project Professionals, monitors design, budget and schedules, puts together all proformas, including both hard and soft costs, and oversees all phases of construction.  Terra also successfully mitigated extensive environmental issues in order to develop the site.
